The independent house can accommodate up to 4 people and has private swimming pool access, a pleasant outdoor area in front of the main entrance and a private lawn overlooking stunning Tuscan countryside views and the swimming pool (Lower Left). Access to a washing machine and dryer is available in the basement of the owner’s adjacent historic farmhouse. (Middle Red Building)
The swimming pool, with wonderful views of the Tuscan countryside, is 10 x 5 m with a depth from 1 to 2 meters.
Use of the pool is limited to the guests of Il Fienile 22 and the owners of the property.
In the middle of olive trees and vines, looking out across the Tuscan hills, Il Fienile 22 is truly a pleasure to stay at.

A well equipped kitchen is located at the ground floor entrance, with chestnut wood cabinets, fridge/freezer, gas stovetop/hob, microwave, double sink and an indoor dining area.
It is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. The 60 square meters (650 sq. ft.) interior space is on 3 levels.
From the kitchen a few steps lead to the upper lounge area with a sofa that folds out to make a comfortable double bed.
Downstairs from the entry/kitchen area is a double bedroom and bathroom with bath/shower, w.c., sink and hairdryer. The bed can make into 2 single beds. A child’s cot is available upon request.
